A Big dog's walk to Loch Enoch

Hi all,
It's been a while, I've been busy, growing up!

This was my first grown up walk, Colin and Margaret decided to walk to Loch Enoch in Glentrool. They've waited patiently for me to get old enough..

Glentrool Car park

We were aiming to walk the Rig of Loch Enoch.  This meant a really steep start to the climb up Black Gairy then Buchan Hill... I managed it fine, I'm as fit as a flee!
Buchan Hill
Half way up.
I'm always jumping onto rocks to look around, that's because I'm a short arse, so Meg says.

The walk so far was quite good, I chased the odd sky lark and played hide and seek with Colin, he hates not knowing where I am in the middle of the hills, drives him nuts....

The weather turned really bad when we reached the Grey Man of The Merrick, horrendous rain, dangerously thick fog. Colin decided to abort fishing and head down to lower ground...

I hate RAIN!!

Loch Valley and Meg into a fish
By the time we reached Valley the bad weather was left way back at Enoch on higher ground.

Ha, this is what we came for.... If only it would stay still!

Nearly back at the car, that's the Gairland burn behind me.... I'm really tired now..

Can't wait until I'm an older dog so I can walk everywhere....
